All ProteinSwirl™ orders currently ship out fresh products to UK, and Northern Ireland All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days via our courier partner. The delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery class. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have a “safe place” nominated as if not the parcel can be left outside the front of your chosen address.
