Due to the nature of our products, all ProteinSwirl™ items are perishable food goods. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly by the courier, please contact us as soon as possible. While delivery times are estimates and outside our control once dispatched, we will work with the courier to assist wherever possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
